TELEGRAM • Telegram is a free app that you can utilise as part of your container. I am in Telegram between 9:30 am - 3:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. On these days, I plug in when prompted. Whilst I may sometimes plug in outside of these hours, this does not change the set expectation. When you come into Telegram, I desire you to be honest, vulnerable and direct. I ask that you always lead with intention/know what you're desiring support in. Keep all voice notes to 2 minutes and under. This will keep your communication intentional, potent and direct. The more direct you are, the better I will be able to support you. I understand that lengthier messages are sometimes required to fully share, so I trust you to access discernment of when this is necessary. Keep all messages to one topic or question. Have discernment of what needs to be brought into a call vs. what just needs quick potent direct guidance or support. If you desire guidance on multiple questions at once, begin a new message for each question or change in topic. This way I can best support you with my reply. Telegram is not for emotional dumping. It is not a place to word vomit or express anything leaky or unclean (e.g. blaming, gossiping, lack of self responsibility). If you ask a question that you resolve before I get back to you, please recall the message or send me a message to disregard the above, so that we don't resurface something that is no longer relevant. Telegram gets to be the most potent and transformative space, which is created through intention and remaining conscious of how we use the space. Ensure you commit to practising clean, conscious, direct and intentional communication so that we are able to co- create a powerful space within Telegram.
